 Pilot Productions, the award winning UK based producer of travel and adventure programming unveils its latest installment of the World Café series after two successful co-productions with Discovery of World Café Asia. The new series World Café Middle East was today announced by Ian Cross, Managing Director.
Hosted again by Egyptian born and Arabic speaking, Bobby Chinn, World Café Middle East (8 X 26') continues to deliver in a stylish fast paced show which uncovers the recipes, history and culture behind some of the Middle East's most famous street foods. As well as sampling the delights himself, Bobby explores one of the main cornerstones of Middle Eastern life as he brings to the screens an exciting and informative new series of shows.
Bobby Chinn, a restaurateur and stand-up comedian, travels to 8 destinations across the Middle East, where he visits the markets,  hangs out in the hippest nightspots, and cooks some delicious, interesting and sometimes downright strange street food.
Destinations in this series include Istanbul, Jerusalem & The West Bank, Damascus & Aleppo, Cairo, Yemen, Arab Gulf States, Tehran and Algiers.
