Holly Morris starts her Indian adventure in the capital
of West Bengal, the bustling heaving city of Calcutta.
After a few very intense days in that city of extremes,
she heads for the most remote region in India: the lush
tropical Andaman Islands. She goes
swimming with elephants and has some amazing dives,
before heading north to the Himalayas,
for a trek outside of the mountain hill station of Darjeeling.
From there she heads out to one of the least known corners
of the vast sub-continent, the finger of land called
Arunachal Pradesh. After a grueling
journey of several days, she reaches her destination
of the remote mountain village of Adi Pasi,
joing the Adi hill tribe in hunting, gathering, and
eating their delicacy: rat.
