Chef Bobby Chinn explores the Malaysian capital of Kuala Lumpur and discovers a unique street dish which the city is famous for – Fried Hokkien Mee.
He also meets up with local TV host - Millah - to have a taste of Fusion Satay. For breakfast, he battles with wild monkeys to cook the Malaysian national dish of Nasi Lemak – a coconut rice served with eggs, cucumber and sambal chilli.
At a local market, Bobby learns how to hypnotise a chicken before meeting up with Chef Florence - the Queen of Nonya cuisine - to cook Chicken Rendang.
Bobby’s culinary journey hits its high point when he meets up with with Malaysian food ambassador and TV chef - the flamboyant Chef Wan - to cook Ketam Sri Wangi.
He ends his journey eating his way along Kampong Bahru, a five-kilometre stretch which typifies the weird and wonderful street food available in Kuala Lumpur.
