Pilot Productions, the award winning UK based producer of travel and adventure programming announced the launch of its new online video eComm platform to offer full Globe Trekker episodes via streaming and download together with physical merchandise and DVDs.

The new site, www.globetrekkerstore.com, delivers a streamlined, optimised buying experience for customers who, for the first time will be able to browse the entire back catalogue of the ever popular Globe Trekker series, now entering its 25th year of production. The main feature of the new site will be the vast selection of both library titles and new episodes available as high quality Download to Own (DTO) files and via instant streaming for viewing across all devices, including mobile and television.

The new venture sees Pilot and its US based distributor, 555 Productions Inc. partnered with Los Angeles based digital distribution and social marketing outfit, One World Studios Ltd. headed by Zack Coffman.
