Madagascar

I'm planning a trip to Madagascar soon and would love to hear of any travel experiences there. In particular, does anyone know what the name of the place (hotel/resort?) that Ian Wright stayed at on Isle Sainte Marie? It looked stunning - built on stilts over the water.

I've checked the post production scripts and credits for Globe Trekker Madagascar. Unfortunately the specific hotel on Isle Sainte Marie is not mentioned.

However, hotels which are listed for this episode are these - which you could try Googl-ing:

Madagascar is on my list of places to go! Do not miss the beaches, this island, like many in the Indian Ocean, have fantastic beaches, especially in the north. The best thing about the country is that while the Maldives and Madagascar have often 'plastic' resorts removed from the people, staying at a beach in Madagascar is the complete opposite experience..... as Ian Wright found out when he visited!
