Travel Channel segment help!

Hello everyone!
I'll cut right to the chase. There's a segment running on travel channel now and again. it's very similar to "faces of the world" (if that's the name)
The video clips are shot in the good old shaky camera style, featuring people and scenery primarily from Egypt. The color hues are very brown and red.. The music - which is what fired me up enough to create this user and write here - is amazing. Breakbeats and acoustic guitar - very oriental / arabic..

Has anyone seen this / possibly could help me with who created this music?

Again, its a segment run randomly between shows, about 2 minutes long.

Any help would be much appreciated!
