Additional Sections of this forum??

I used to admin/mod 3 other auto forums. On each site, we have an "Off topic" section and a "Photo" section. I figure it would be great additions to this forum, where Off topic and talk about anything. Meanwhile, the Photo section can share the place we all have visited in the past.
