Scuba top 3 experiences

Ok so there must be a couple of divers here that might be able to top my top 3 dive experiences.


1) Diving with Sun fish in Bali. At 30 metres, with a ripping current sticking close to the wall. As we finned our way down into the deep blue we were struggling to keep up with the dive master. Suddenly he stops and points out and there they are 2 oceanic sun fishes just off the wall.
Two of my fellow divers insisted on fining out to get closer ultimately chasing them off just before the second group of divers arrived - bummer second group

2) Diving in southern Luzon in the Philippines with Mantra rays. Again strong currents and we went in negativly bouyant to down quick. A little dodgy as in the second dive my buddy lost his fin and somehow his air had been turned off! Anyway dive 1 was the big one: 2 Mantas and a nice big Devil ray circling us wondering what the hell we were...

3) Night dive in Anilao the Phillipines. Spanish dancing Nudibranc swimming along. Behind it a black ocean, it's bright colors standing out as our torches highlighted it going about its business. While searching unsuccessfully for pygmy sea horses (I'm still dubious they are even there) a blue ringed octopus comes grappling along a coral wall. What a dive!


Oh yes gimme the ocean depths over the land any day!
