I just wanted to send out a quick thank you to anyone who might have checked out my submission video, commented and voted for me in the "best travel job ever" competition.

With your help I made it to the top 25. Then the judges voted on the top 6 semi-finalists.... and I made the cut!!! Very Happy

In a little over a week Ill be heading off to Asia (still haven't told me where yet hehe) to vlog!!! I'm soooooo excited and again, incredibly thankful! So ...Thank youuuu! and thanks again Helen for allowing me to post on here.

I have to post three videos, each on geared towards a different demographic (20s, couples in their 30's and baby boomers)

I know the forum has been a little quiet lately...but if you happen to read this, and have some suggestions or want to let me know which demographic you fall under and what you like to see in travel videos, and hosts...that would be super dooper-ly helpful hehe.

I just realised now that I never gave you the update!!!
Yikes!

Well, I got to go to China for 2 weeks which was sooo exciting!

And while there I had to do three short video blogs (each 5 minutes long) geared towards different demographics, one for 18-25 yr olds, one for couples in their 30's and one for baby boomers.

Voting and commenting on this finalist portion of the competition ends on Wednesday...it's getting close and competition is tough!!! but it's been a blast!
It wasn't easy condensing a two week trip to 5 minutes , or talking to myself with a camera that I held on a little stick hehe...but it was so much fun so thank you thank you thank you to anyone who voted for me.
