KETAM SRI WANGI

Ingredients:

• 2 Crabs
• 1 Cup of corn flour
• 3 Lemon grass
• 4 Lime leaves
• 5 Small green chillies
• 1 Ginger touch
• 2 Tablespoon of sambal paste
• 1 Tablespoon chinese soya sauce (Tai Chio)
• 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
• 1 Tablespoon chilli aauce
• 1 Tablespoon of shaoxing wine
• 1 Tablespoon honey
• 1 Cup of water

Method:

1. Wash and chop the crabs into 4 pieces.

2. Sprinkle some corn flour and deep fry the crabs for 5 minutes.

3. Slice thinly lemon grass, small green chillies, ginger touch and lime leaves.

4. Heat up 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and fried the chopped ingredients till golden brown.

5. Add the sambal paste, Chinese soya sauce (Tai Chio), oyster sauce and chilli sauce. Mix well with water and shaoxong wine.

6. Add the fried crabs and mix well. Season with some honey. Cook for another 10 minutes, then serve.
