SEABASS SINGARY STYLE

Ingredients:

• 1 whole seabass – boneless (approx. 500g)
• 2 onions
• 3 green peppers
• 40g julienned tomatoes
• 20g chopped coriander
• 6 lemon Juice gr. 5
• 7 Corn Oil gr. 5
• 8 Salt & Pepper for taste

Marinade:
• 
40g onion
• 60g tomatoes
• 30g green pepper
• 50g celery
• 20g fresh coriander
• 20g parsley
• 30g carrot
• 250ml vinegar

Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together and pour over the seabass. Let it marinade for half an hour.

2. Then, put the seabass on a tray, top with sliced onions, tomatoes, peppers, coriander and corn oil, then bake.
