Landscape:
True South Florida - open with lots of lakes and palm

Course facts:
- Raymond Floyd's win here in 1992, at the age of 49,
put him alongside Sam Snead as the only other player
to win a PGA Tour event in four different decades.
- The Blue Monster's signature 18th hole, a treacherous
443-yard par four, on which players must negotiate wind
and water on every shot, was rated the hardest hole
on the PGA Tour in 2004.
- Doral is ranked by Golf Magazine as one of America's
Best Resorts. The magazine also identifies the 18th
hole on the Blue Monster as being one of the top 100
holes in the world.
