The Masters Course is built in the old Scottish Masters style of golf course architecture where the fairway mounds are more pronounced and the water features more prominent. Golf enthusiasts who have played the likes of St Andrew's, Gleneagles or the Royal Dornoch will find the Masters Course a pleasant reminder of the historic ground of golf, yet in an exotic tropical setting in Southeast Asia.

Playing the Masters Course

The Masters Course, like the Laguna Classic Course, was designed as a thinking player's course. With more prominent water features, pronounced fairway mounds, and strategically used bunkers and course elevations, conquering the Masters will require both golfing finesse and intelligence.

Laguna Classic Course -18-hole, par 72, 6,200 meters - classic American golf course

On the course dress code:
All players should be suitably attired when playing on the golf courses, with soft-spiked golf shoes.

Tee times:
Morning: 7:30 am to 9:00 pm
Afternoon: 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm
No walk-in guests allowed. Only Laguna National members' guests allowed at the weekend.

Handicap:
A handicap certificate is required.
Men handicap: 24 and below
Ladies handicap: 36 and below

Green fees:
Guests pay S $150 on weekdays and S $230 on weekends for the Masters Course, or S $130 weekdays and S $210 on weekends for the Classic Course.

Other costs:
S $22 (plus tax) per player for a self-drive golf cart.

Facilities:
Two 18-hole courses, a three-tier 70 bay driving range, the Next Golf Academy, and the Laguna Pro Shop sort out the golfers. There's also a fitness centre, six tennis courts, an outdoor pool with its own waterfall, and 13 luxury suites for golfers wishing to stay the night. Don't miss the Lagunita Spa - a Balinese theme sanctuary offering a wide range of treatments. Eight eateries leave you spoilt for choice - from modern Chinese cuisine to poolside cafes and the Crooked Stick karaoke lounge.

From PIE - Drive along PIE towards Changi Airport. Take Exit 4A on the left side towards Xilin Avenue. Turn right into Laguna Golf Green.
From TPE - Drive along TPE towards Bedok. Take Exit 1 on the left side towards Upper Changi Road East. Turn left at Xilin Avenue. Turn right into Laguna Golf Green.
