Erinvale
Golf Club
Having come to prominence with the hosting
of the South African Open in 2003 and 2004,
Erinvale is a relatively short, but very testing,
parkland course which in not for the faint-hearted.
It features some enormous bunkers and water
just about everywhere.
Durban
Country Club
One of South Africa's oldest clubs, Durban CC
proudly exudes the colonial grandeur of its
history. Not an easy course, it features some
unbelievable fairway undulations and a par 3
which in 1924 the Prince of Wales supposedly
took 17 shots to conquer!
Zimbali
Country Club
You will find this Tom Weiskopf designed course
on the lush, windy coast north of Durban. Its
elevated position provides fantastic views of
the Indian Ocean coastline.
Leopard
Creek Golf Club
Adjacent to the Kruger National Park and Crocodile
River, no number of superlatives can adequately
describe the quality of the fairways and greens,
the stunning views, and sheer opulence. If you
need to ask how much it costs, don't go there.
