Our loveable yet intrepid, open-minded yet fiercely opinionated
host Ian Wright presents the second episode of a unique studio
show in which he shares his experiences of travelling to the
furthest flung places of the globe. So what's the featured
country in this show? Well, here are some clues: an old hippy
waistcoat, a haggling Arabic phrasebook and mint tea. Yes,
you've guessed it - Morocco!
After sharing travelling tales with the audience, Ian turns
to his bunch of travelling companions - the types we all recognise:
Posh, Tristan and Yob - for some of their opinions on Morocco.
Then there's an exploration of curious travel toys; today
he looks at the 'emergency life hammer'!
Ian's Achilles heel is shopping and to avoid making some
of the ridiculous purchases he's made - such as the crotchless
knickers he bought in Syria - he tells us some of his top
tips for shopping, and more importantly, haggling. Then he
reminds us of some of the grossest things he's had to eat
around the world; from sheep's eyeballs to fish eggs to bat's
blood, there's no end to the unappetising stuff he's consumed.
As if that isn't enough he launches into 'Cooking with Ian',
inviting two members of the audience to sample his speciality
of the night: sheep's intestines.
