Zay Harding thought he could handle anything and this time Wild World's illustrious trekker discovers the real meaning of 'getting to the top'. Washington's Mount Rainier is his test this week, as he dons his hard hat and discovers that his endurance is to be tested to the max.

In the second half of the show, Holly Morris takes part in the latest adventure travel rage - canyoneering deep into the heart of the native Apache territory in Arizona. Starting out at the historic Fort Apache, Holly joins Apache guides and discovers the true meaning of the desert, and finds some things in the canyons she never knew existed. Her rappelling and canyoneering skills are put to the test, as are her survival skills as she spends a night alone in the desert.
