In this Treks In A Wild World, Cristina LaMonica has got a challenge on her hands - this time she's facing something she's never done before - rock climbing. After an introductory course in basic climbing, Cristina attempts Wyoming's Grand Tetons, a cinch for her guide, who shows Cristina techniques and gives her the advice ' never let 'em see you cry.'

In part two, Holly Morris is back on her bike, following the Continental Divide through New Mexico. This trip takes her from Grants through the lava flows of El Mapais National Monument, and the spectacular views of the Sandstone Bluffs. Crossing over the divide and hitting rugged dirt track, Holly finds herself meeting some of the few hardy settlers in this area - owners of a goat dairy farm who specialise in cheese. Finally, Holly gets her reward - the spectacular views of the Sawtooth Mountains.
