From the Battle of Hastings to the Cathedral of Canterbury, England’s rich history paves the way for our presenters in the first of our day trips series. Megan McCormack takes a trip to Hampton Court, and admires the impressive architecture that this iconic palace has to offer, whilst Ian Wright goes back to school at Eton, and visits this renowned English institution and its town. He also drops in on Windsor, home to Windsor Castle.
An hour south of London, Justine Shapiro takes a break in Brighton revelling in the town’s historical arcades, and finishes her trip relaxing in the nearby sea side town of Bognor Regis.
