• 3 tbsp sweet red pepper paste
• 200ml olive oil
• 20g sugar
• 20g cumin
• 20g crushed dried hot red pepper
• 150g crushed walnuts
• 50g breadcrumbs
1. In a food processor blend together all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
2. With the motor running, add the oil gradually.
3. Transfer the muhammara to a bowl and serve it at room temperature with pitta bread.
