Diwali: Festival of Lights
Diwali also known as the Festival of Lights, is a Hindu religious festival and one of the most important festivals within Hinduism . It generally lasts five days and is celebrated between mid-October and November .
One of the most popular festivals of Hinduism it symbolizes the spiritual “victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance”. The festival is widely associated with Lakhsmi goddess of prosperity and Ganesha , god of wisdom .
